Company settings tour
A guided pass through every Settings section — company basics, scheduling windows, driver app, payers, and more.

Settings (sidebar → Admin → Settings) is your company's control panel. Most sections are company-admin only; here's what lives where.
Company
Your Organization card shows the company name and the Company ID — the 6-character code drivers use to sign in to the driver app — plus an editable Tax ID / EIN used on invoices and claims.
- Company timezone — all trip times and company-local dates derive from this. Set it once, correctly.
- Business Hours — per-day Open/Closed with hours; trips can only be scheduled during these hours, and Closed days block new trip creation.
- Service area — restrict address search to your states.
Scheduling Settings
Home of the punctuality windows that drive the on-time / early / late classification on your dashboard:
- Pickup window — minutes before and after the requested pickup time that still count as on time (defaults: 30/30).
- Appointment (drop-off) window — minutes before the appointment the driver should arrive, and how many minutes past still pass (defaults: 30/0).
Below that, ambulatory pick/drop time offsets set how much stop time is planned per mobility type — these feed the per-stop arrive/perform estimates on the Dispatch board.
Driver app
Four cards configuring the mobile experience: Timekeeping (allow breaks), Mobile trip tracking (GPS ping interval; whether stop coordinates come from device GPS or the geocoded address), and Trip signature capture (enable, capture at pickup or drop-off, reuse signatures on file). See Driver app overview.
Money and payers
- Payers — brokers, Medicaid Direct, custom payers, facilities, and their rate sheets (Payer setup).
- Insurance plans — the plan names and payer IDs offered on member profiles.
- Subscription & billing — your ZeitRide plan, invoices, and payment method.
Integrations and devices
- Broker Integrations — broker connections, manual fetch, and re-match tools (How broker trips arrive).
- Telematics — dash cam enablement and the live map location source (Dash Cam).
Configuration lists
- Level of service — define wheelchair, ambulatory, and custom service levels used on vehicles and trips.
- Expense settings — the merchant list drivers pick from when submitting expenses.
- Report settings — custom header and footer for all exported PDF reports.
- Notifications — SMS and voice call templates and channel toggles for member trip notifications.
- Booking page — your public trip request page; requests land in the Trip List's New Requests band.
Roles & permissions and Admin
- Roles & permissions — see Roles and permissions.
- Admin — maintenance tools such as the scheduled broker import and Merge duplicate members.
Note: Looking for user management? People and logins live on the Employees page, not in Settings — see Setting up your team.
