Booking page, embed, and QR code

Let customers request trips online — share a link, embed the form on your website, or print a QR code that never goes stale.

Your booking page is a public form where riders, families, and facilities can request a trip without calling. Every request lands in the New Requests band at the top of the Trip List, where dispatch accepts or declines it — see Trip List page.

Open Settings → Booking page (company admin). It has three cards.

  1. Turn on Enable booking page.
  2. Set a Booking page URL slug — lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens (3–50 characters). Your page lives at app.zeitride.com/book/<slug>.
  3. Click Save, then Copy to share the address by text, email, or a button on your site.

While the page is turned off, anyone who opens the link sees a "not accepting requests" message instead of the form.

Embed on your website

Paste the Script snippet into your website once and the booking form appears in place. If your site builder blocks scripts, use the iframe snippet instead. The embed uses the same slug as the direct link, so it stays in sync automatically.

QR code for print

Use this for flyers, business cards, vehicle decals, and waiting-room signs.

  • Download PNG for documents, email, and social posts.
  • Download SVG for a print shop — it is a vector file and stays sharp at any size.
  • Copy the permanent link if you want to type it under the code.

The code does not contain your slug. It points to a permanent address for your company that always forwards to whatever your booking page is today, so you can change your slug later and everything you already printed keeps working.

Print tips: at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide, black on white, with a white margin around the code. Scan it once with a phone before sending a large order to print.

Note: The QR card appears once the page is enabled and a slug is saved. If you turn the booking page off later, scans land on the "not accepting requests" message rather than a broken link.
