Running reports

The Reports page (sidebar → Finance & reports → Reports) is a catalog of ready-made reports. Pick a category, open a report, set filters, generate, and export to Excel or PDF.

Running a report

1. Open Reports and choose a category tab.
2. Click Open report on the report you need.
3. Set the filters (date range, driver, facility, and so on — filters vary per report).
4. Generate, review on screen, and export.

What's in the catalog

NEMT operations

• Trip activity — trips over a period, the workhorse operational export
• Driver activity and Vehicle utilization
• Route performance
• Member trip history — one member's rides, ideal for facility or family requests
• Facility Driver Route Sheet and Trip Manifest — printable run paperwork

Payroll

• Driver payroll summary, Driver hours detail, Trip-based payroll, Payroll exceptions, Facility payroll summary

Revenue

• Revenue summary and Broker rate variance

Billing / broker

• Broker trips — everything your broker sent, with statuses
• Missing broker trip numbers — recurring occurrences with no broker booking attached yet; clear this before billing

Compliance / exceptions

• Unassigned / dispatch exceptions — trips that never got a driver or hit dispatch problems
• No-show / cancellation — patterns by member, driver, or facility

Reference data

• Flat exports of Members, Drivers, Vehicles, Trip assignments, and Trip records (raw legs) — useful for audits or working in a spreadsheet

Scheduled delivery

Click Schedules (top right of the Reports page) to have reports generated and delivered on a recurring schedule instead of running them by hand.

Branding your PDFs

Exported PDFs carry a custom header and footer configured under Settings → Report settings — set your logo and legal footer once and every exported report uses it.

Tip: For billing questions, don't reach for Reports first — the Billing page and Finance ledger are live views with the same numbers and built-in drill-down. Reports shine for fixed-period exports someone outside ZeitRide needs to receive.
