The Trip List page

Review every trip for a day — statuses, filters, new booking requests, and row actions — from the Trip List.

Trip List (sidebar → Operations → Trip List) is the day's master list of trips: your own bookings, trips sent by your broker, and public booking requests, all in one place. Use it to review, fix, and manage trips; use the Dispatch board to assign drivers and run the day.

Getting around

  • Week strip — the top of the page shows the week with a trip count on each day. Click a day to load it, use the arrows for Previous week / Next week, and the Today shortcut to jump back.
  • KPI cards — five live counters for the selected day: Trips, Unassigned, In progress, Completed, and Cancelled. Trip counts are deduplicated real trips, not stops.
  • Search — type in Search trips… (press / to focus it) to match members, trip numbers, addresses, and more.
  • Filters — one Filters button opens a popover of filter chips: Payer, Member status (Matched, Manually linked, Unmatched, In Review), Trip status (Pending, Picked up / en route, Dropped off / complete, Cancelled), Recurrence, Repeats on (a specific weekday), Facility, and Driver (including Unassigned).

Valid and Invalid tabs

Two tabs split the list:

  • Valid — actionable trips: your internal trips plus broker trips in good standing.
  • Invalid — read-only rows: broker-cancelled, not-accepted, or superseded trips. Nothing on this tab can be edited or assigned; it exists so you can see what the broker pulled or changed.

Reading the table

Key columns include the member, scheduled times, pickup and destination, Driver, and a merged Status column. Common badges:

  • Scheduled, Enroute, Complete, Cancelled, No-show, Turned back — trip lifecycle
  • Assigned / Unassigned — whether a driver is on it (unassigned trips also appear on the Dispatch board's Unassigned pool)
  • with weekdays — a recurring trip
  • A small amber triangle on a broker trip means the member needs review — see Member matching

Use the column settings control to add columns such as trip number, authorization number, mode, mileage, or special needs.

New Requests

If your public booking page is enabled and requests are waiting, a New Requests band appears above the table. Each request shows the rider, pickup and dropoff, and date/time, with two buttons:

  • Accept — opens the New Trip slideout pre-filled from the request
  • Decline — dismisses it

Will Call Queue

Trips waiting on a member's call back are collected in a Will Call Queue band above the table. See Will-call trips.

Row actions

Open the three-dot menu on a row:

  • View / edit details — full edit for your internal trips (opens the Edit Trip slideout)
  • Edit — for broker trips: the broker's details are read-only, but you can set the trip's recurrence
  • Cancel — cancel any trip that isn't already finished, with a reason
  • Turn back — return an eligible broker trip to the broker (see Cancelling and turning back trips)

Toolbar actions

  • Set recurrence — select rows and convert them to weekly recurring trips
  • Import — upload a trip file from your broker (shown only when a file-import integration is enabled)
