Member schedules and trip history

See a member's recurring trips and full trip history from their record.

Last updated July 19, 2026

A member's standing schedule in ZeitRide is simply their recurring trips. There is no separate "schedule" object to maintain — set up the recurring trip once, and the member's record shows where they ride.

Where a member's schedule lives

Open the member (click their row on the Members page) and switch to the Assigned trips tab. It lists every trip the member is assigned to, with:

  • The trip name and the member's stop position
  • Whether it's a Round trip (2 legs) or One way (1 leg)

This tab is read-only by design — the heading notes that assignments are managed from trip creation. To add, change, or end a recurring ride, edit the trip itself (see Recurring trips); the member's Assigned trips tab reflects the change automatically.

If the tab says "Not assigned to any trips," the member has no standing rides — only one-time bookings, if any.

How broker trips fit in

If a member rides on a standing order from your broker, you can make the matching trip recurring in ZeitRide (Trip List → Set recurrence). From then on, each dated trip the broker sends is automatically linked to the recurring trip — the member keeps one schedule, with the broker's trip numbers attached per date, and no duplicates on your board.

Trip history

The Trip history tab shows every past trip leg for the member, defaulting to the last year:

  1. Use the search box (trip id, route, driver, addresses) or open Filters for From/To dates, Broker, Status, and Facility.
  2. Review columns including Trip date, Trip id, Pickup, Dropoff, Driver, Vehicle, Status, and scheduled/actual times.

Tip: Narrow the date range for faster loads on long-tenured members — the tab loads up to 3,000 rows and tells you if it hit that cap.

Trip history is the right place to answer "did we pick her up last Tuesday, and when?" — it shows the recorded actual times per leg, exactly as billing sees them.

Service defaults vs. per-trip settings

The member's Service Details (mobility type, service type, attendants, and so on) act as defaults for every new trip. Changing them affects future bookings, not trips already on the board. If a member's needs change permanently — say, ambulatory to wheelchair — update the member profile and review their recurring trips so existing series carry the right requirements.
