Signing in

The ZeitRide web portal is where dispatchers, owners, and office staff work. (Drivers use the separate mobile app — see Driver app overview.)

Signing in

1. Open your ZeitRide login page.
2. Enter your Username or email — either works with the same account.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click Sign in.

Your login is created by your company administrator on your employee record. If you don't have credentials yet or can't get in, ask your admin — they can reset your password and email you fresh sign-in instructions (which generate a new temporary password) from your Access tab.

Note: The web login is for office staff. Drivers sign in to the mobile app with the company's 6-character Company ID plus their own username and password — different credentials, different app.

Automatic idle logout

For security (you're handling member health-adjacent data), the portal signs you out after 1 hour of inactivity. Mouse movement alone doesn't count — clicks, typing, and scrolling do. Closing your laptop and coming back later past the hour also signs you out.

Just sign back in; nothing is lost. Filters and views generally restore from the page URL.

Signing out

Click Sign out at the bottom of the left sidebar, under your name. Always sign out on shared computers rather than relying on the idle timer.

Your account

Your name and email appear at the bottom of the sidebar. Click the block to open your own profile and edit your details — the same slideout your admin sees on the Employees page, scoped to you.

Troubleshooting

• "Invalid credentials" — check whether you're using your username vs. email correctly; both are accepted, but the password must match. Your admin can reset it.
• Signed out unexpectedly mid-work — most likely the 1-hour idle timeout from an earlier lull, or your admin changed your access. Sign back in.
• Page loads but modules are missing — that's permissions, not a bug. Your role controls which sidebar pages you see (see Roles and permissions).
